Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched within 5-7 business days from our NSW facility.

We use Australia Post, Domestic and International Services to send your print orders. Where possible, up to a certain size, your prints are delivered in a flat pack. Larger prints are usually rolled and delivered in a strong tube or carton.

Postertown is not responsible for shipping delays or damage incurred by third party shipping and courier companies. Where an item has been delivered by Australia Post in a damaged condition the sendee can make a claim at their nearest corporate owned post office for a full refund.
